2012–13 B Group

The 2012–13 B Group was the 58th season of the Bulgarian B Football Group, the second tier of the Bulgarian football league system. The season started on 19 August 2012 and finished in May 2013. On 15 June the Executive Committee of Bulgarian Football Union decided to reduce further the number of teams due licensing problems in most of the clubs and reuniting the teams into one league. The new format will consist 14 teams, playing twice against all the other, once home and once away. The original intention was to have a group of 16 teams, but two teams decided to cancel their participation before the start of the season.
