The 2018–19 Women's EHF Champions League was the 26th edition of the Women's EHF Champions League, the competition for top women's clubs of Europe, organized and supervised by the European Handball Federation. Győri ETO defended their title by defeating Rostov-Don 25–24 in the final, to win their fifth overall and third straight title.
