A. C. L. Ratwatte
Abeyratne Cudah Leonard Ratwatte, MBE (29 January 1909 – 11 July 1971) was a Ceylonese politician. He was the Mayor of Kandy, Ceylon's High Commissioner in Ghana and Ceylon's High Commissioner to Malaysia. In 1965, Prime Minister Dudley Senanayake appointed him as Ceylon's High Commissioner in Ghana and thereafter Ceylon's High Commissioner to Malaysia. He was the President of the Kandy District Cricket Association and the President of the Kandy District Football Association.
