Acraea neobule

Acraea neobule, the wandering donkey acraea, is a butterfly of the family Nymphalidae. It is found in Sub-Saharan Africa and south-western Arabia. The wingspan is 48–55 mm for males and 50–56 mm for females. Adults are on the wing year round, but are more common from September to April. The larvae feed on Passiflora edulis, Passiflora incarnata, and Hybanthus species.
