Ahmet Khan

Ahmed Khan (Kazakh: Ахмет хан, died 1536) was a Kazakh Khan who ruled the western part of Kazakhstan and at the upper reaches of the Syr Darya river from 1533 to 1535. He was a descendant of Qasym, the third khan of the Kazakh Khanate. Ahmed resided in Sygnaq, one of the settlements with Iasy (present-day Turkistan) and Sawran, which were the main cities of the Kazakh Khanate at that time.
