Albert Pel
Félix-Albert Pel (June 12, 1849 – June 9, 1924) was a French criminal and serial killer. He was nicknamed The Watchmaker of Montreuil. At Landru's trial, the latter was compared to Pel because of the many similarities between the two cases.
