Alexia Putellas

Alexia Putellas Segura (born 4 February 1994) is a Spanish footballer who plays as a midfielder and captains both FC Barcelona and the Spain national team. Putellas has played for FC Barcelona since 2012, after spending most of her youth career in the ranks of RCD Espanyol. Since joining Barcelona, Putellas has won five league titles, six Copas de la Reina, and one UEFA Women's Champions League title. In Barcelona’s 2020-21 season, she played an essential role as both a captain and a goalscorer as they won the UEFA Women’s Champions League as well as a continental treble, both for the first time in their history.
