Ali Dinçer
Ali Dinçer (1945 – 18 April 2007 ) was a Turkish mechanical engineer, politician, former Mayor of Ankara and former government minister. Ali Dinçer was born in Razgrad, Bulgaria to a family of Turkish ancestry in 1945. While he was four years old, his family moved to Turkey. After completing Yıldırım Bayezıd High School and the Mechanical Engineering School of the Middle East Technical University, he obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering. During his professional career, he was elected as the speaker of the Union of Chambers of Turkish Engineers and Architects.
