Amélie de Montchalin
Amélie de Montchalin (née Bommier, 19 June 1985) is a French politician serving as Minister of Public Transformation and Service under Prime Minister Jean Castex since 2020. A member of La République En Marche! (LREM), she was elected as a member of the National Assembly in 2017 in the 6th constituency of Essonne. From 2017 to 2018 she was the whip of the La République En Marche group in the National Assembly Finance Committee. She served as Secretary of State for European Affairs at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs from 27 March 2019 until her 2020 promotion.
