Anatoly Moiseev (Russian: Анатолий Моисеев) is a Russian Lightweight kickboxer. He was the 71 kg-WAKO Russian and world champion, winning both titles in 2011, and the 2019 WLF 70kg Tournament Winner. He was ranked as a top ten lightweight by Combat Press between July 2016 and March 2017. As of September 2016, he is ranked the #8 lightweight in the world by LiverKick.com.
