Angharad James (footballer)

Angharad Jane James (born 1 June 1994) is a footballer who plays as a midfielder for NWSL club North Carolina Courage and internationally for Wales. She previously played for FA WSL clubs Everton, Yeovil Town, Notts County Ladies, Bristol Academy, and Arsenal. James was Women's Players' Player of the Year for Wales in 2017 having previously been twice named Wales Women’s Young Player of the Year in 2013 and 2014. She was also the only player from Wales to be selected in the Uefa ’Team of the Tournament’ following the Uefa Women's Under-19 Championship of 2013.
