Bülend Özveren (born 1943 in Istanbul) is a Turkish television presenter and sports commentator. He completed his secondary education at (Istanbul) and higher education at Galatasaray High School. He graduated from Istanbul University, faculty of Law. Bülend Özveren started to work at TRT on 31 July 1965. For a long time, he worked as a television presenter before he became a sports commentator in 1972. Since 1973, he is also presenting Eurovision Song Contest uninterrupted for Turkey. He speaks English and French.
