Charles Beh is a Liberian businessman. He is the owner of Charles Business Center (CBC), a popular retail outlet on Randall Street, downtown Monrovia. Beh began selling jeans and sportswear in 1993 during the First Liberian Civil War. In 2001, he joined the ’s (LBDI) Young Entrepreneur Program (YEP) loan scheme with a loan of US$50,000. Today, he operates two stores on Water Street selling general clothing merchandise and women's shoes and hand-bags, popular amongst Monrovians.
