The Cyrus Wheelock House, at 200 E. 100 North in Mount Pleasant, Utah, was built around 1860. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. It is a one-and-a-half-story adobe "square cabin", a folk/vernacular house type, about 18 by 15 feet (5.5 m × 4.6 m) in plan. It may also be known as the Madsen House.
