Dennis Diem
Dennis Diem (27 August 1978 – 11 April 2021) was a Dutch fashion designer. The outfit he is best known for is the red dress of Trijntje Oosterhuis wore when she opened the Amsterdam ArenA in 1996 with the song De Zee. Diem designed also for other notable Dutch people like Romy Monteiro, Victoria Koblenko, and Georgina Verbaan. He created the outfits of Ladies of Soul artists: Glennis Grace, Trijntje Oosterhuis, Edsilia Rombley, Candy Dulfer, and Berget Lewis. At various Academy Award and Golden Globes ceremonies some of his designs were also donned. Diem died on 11 April 2021, aged 42.
