Dominik Sokolović
Dominik Sokolović (10 June 1776 – 1 October 1837) was a Croatian priest of the Catholic Church who served as a capitular vicar of the Diocese of Trebinje-Mrkan, residing in Dubrovnik, from 1820 to his death in 1837. Sokolović died in Dubrovnik in 1837. Although the clergy of Trebinje-Mrkan continued to insist that one of their own become a new bishop, the Austrian diplomacy managed to appoint another diocesan administrator from Dubrovnik, .
