Ed Rile
Edward Rile (June 30, 1900 – June 8, 1971), nicknamed "Huck", was an American Negro league pitcher and first baseman between 1919 and 1936. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Rile made his Negro leagues debut in 1919 with the Dayton Marcos. He went on to enjoy a long career with several teams, finishing his career with brief appearances for the Brooklyn Royal Giants in 1931, 1933 and 1936. Rile died in Grove City, Ohio in 1971 at age 70.
