English ship Mary Rose (1623)
Mary Rose was a 24-gun fourth-rate frigate built for the Royal Navy in the 1620s. Commissioned in 1624, she played a minor role as a Parliamentarian ship in the English Civil War. The ship was wrecked in a storm off the Flanders coast in 1650.
