European Car of the Year

The European Car of the Year ("ECOTY") award is an international Car of the Year award established in 1964, by a collective of automobile magazines from different countries in Europe. The current organisers of the award are (Italy), Autocar (United Kingdom), (Spain), (Netherlands), (France), Stern (Germany) and Vi Bilägare (Sweden). The 2021 ECOTY was announced on March 1, 2021, in Geneva, Switzerland, the winner being the Toyota Yaris.
