Flaxley, South Australia
Flaxley is a small settlement in the Adelaide Hills located 39 km south-east of the centre of the city of Adelaide in South Australia. It is situated in-between the larger towns of Echunga, Macclesfield and Meadows. The first church in Flaxley was built on the property which also served as a school. A Methodist church (which is now Uniting) was built in 1874. From 1899 to 1943 it was also used as a school.
