The Forni della Signoria (Maltese: L-Ifran tas-Sinjurija; English: Bakeries of the Grandmaster) was a bakehouse, housing a number of bakeries, built during the Order of St John in Valletta, Malta. It was built in the late 16th century, and it produced bread for the inhabitants of Valletta and the surrounding area, as well as for the Order's garrison and navy.
