Forrest Perkins
Forrest W. Perkins (November 13, 1920 – December 13, 2014) was an American football and baseball player, coach, and college athletics administrator. He served as the head football coach at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater from 1956 to 1984, compiling a record of 184–94–8. He was the school's athletic director from 1971 until his retirement in 1984. He also coached baseball and track and field at Wisconsin–Whitewater.
