Frans Seda

Franciscus Xaverius Seda, AM (4 October 1926 – 31 December 2009), popularly known as Frans Seda, was an Indonesian finance minister in the early days of Suharto's presidency. He also served as a minister during the final days of Indonesia's founding President Sukarno's rule in 1966. He is one of the most well-known figures from the eastern province of Nusa Tenggara Timur. In 1999 he was appointed an Honorary Member of the Order of Australia (AM), "for service to the development of trade links between Australia and Indonesia".
