The Gadsden County Public Library System is a public library system in rural Northwest Florida that serves the residents of Quincy, Havana, and Chattahoochee. In 2016, the library system consists of: * William A. "Bill" McGill Public Library (main location, in Quincy), in a new building completed in 2006 * Cowen Public Library - Chattahoochee, with its new building completed in 2007 * Havana Public Library, Havana, Florida, opened in 2003 * a bookmobile, serving the county.
