GLOBIS University started as a private education venture in 1992 by Japanese entrepreneur Yoshito Hori, later gaining official university status in 2006. The university currently offers part-time and online MBA programs in Japanese or English, and a full-time MBA program in English. Currently, GLOBIS University is Japan's largest business school.
