Gradište (Binačko)

Gradište (Serbian Cyrillic: Градиште), also known as Podgrađe (Serbian Cyrillic: Подграђе) or Pogragja (Albanian: Pogragjë, Kalaja e Pogragjës) and Kaljaja (Serbian Cyrillic: Каљаја, Albanian: Каlаја), is a fortress located near village of Podgrađe, 10 kilometers south-east of Gjilan, Kosovo. It was built on a hill overlooking the confluence of a stream in Binačka Morava, and dates back to 14th century. It is designated as Protected Archaeological Site, under protection of Republic of Serbia from 20 December 1956.
