Jermell Charlo

Jermell De'Avante Charlo (born May 19, 1990) is an American professional boxer. He is currently a unified light middleweight world champion, having held the WBC title since 2019 (and previously from 2016 to 2018), and the WBA (Super), IBF and Ring magazine titles since September 2020. His identical twin brother, Jermall Charlo, is also a professional boxer and world champion. In 2017, Jermell was ranked as the world's best active light middleweight by the Transnational Boxing Rankings Board (TBRB). As of April 2021, he is ranked as the world's best active light middleweight by the TBRB, BoxRec and The Ring magazine.
