Joe Ragland

Joseph Alexander Ragland (born November 11, 1989) is an American-Liberian professional basketball player for Hapoel Eilat of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. Born in West Springfield, Massachusetts, he played basketball for the high school of his hometown, before committing to North Platte in the NJCAA. After being named a first team NJCAA all-American in 2010, Ragland received a scholarship from Wichita State where he played for two seasons.
