John Charles Vivian

John Charles Vivian (June 30, 1887 – February 10, 1964) was a United States attorney, journalist, and Republican politician who served as the 30th Governor of the State of Colorado from 1943 to 1947. He was the first lieutenant governor of Colorado to be elected governor. Vivian died in Golden, Colorado, on February 10, 1964, at the age of seventy-six.
