John Wockenfuss
Johnny Bilton Wockenfuss (born February 27, 1949), sometimes known by the nicknames "Fuss" and "Johnny B.", is an American former professional baseball player and minor league manager, who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Detroit Tigers and Philadelphia Phillies. He was known for his strong throwing arm, unorthodox batting stance, and ability to play at multiple positions. Wockenfuss was traded to the Philadelphia Phillies in 1984 and played two seasons there, playing principally at first base, catcher, and as a pinch hitter.
