It is owned by the Salem Media Group, based in Camarillo, California, and it airs a conservative talk radio format. The station serves the Inland Empire of California, including Riverside, Redlands and San Bernardino. By day, it broadcasts at 2500 watts and at night, just under 1000 watts, with a directional signal that also can be heard in parts of Orange County.
