Larry M. Starr (born 1948) is a consultant, academic administrator, university professor, and research scientist. His primary academic affiliation (since 2014) has been at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia where he is Director of the Doctor of Management (DMgt) in Strategic Leadership program and Director of the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in Complex Systems Leadership program.
