Lilla Melodifestivalen

Lilla Melodifestivalen was the Swedish national final that selected the entry to represent Sweden in Melodi Grand Prix Nordic, a defunct song contest for Scandinavian singers aged 8 to 15. Between 2003 and 2005, Sweden sent its winners to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC), when MGP Nordic was not active. In 2006, Sweden's broadcaster withdrew itself from JESC, along with Denmark and Norway, continued to participate in MGP Nordic instead.
