Lucius Manlius Capitolinus (Vulso) was a consular tribune of the Roman Republic in 422 BC. Manlius belonged to the patrician Manlia gens of the young subbranch known as the Manlii Capitolini. Manlius was possibly a brother or son of Marcus Manlius Capitolinus Vulso, the consular in 434 BC. Filiations indicate Manlius was not the father or grandfather of any later Manlii Capitolini.
