Lucy Stephan (born 10 December 1991) is an Australian rower. She is a seven-time consecutive Australian champion, a 2016 Olympian and a world champion winning the 2017 world title in a coxless four. She regained the coxless four world championship title in 2019. She won the Remenham Challenge Cup at the 2018 Henley Royal Regatta in the bow seat of the Australian women's eight. She has been selected as a 2021 Tokyo Olympian and is expected to stroke the Australian coxless four.
