Luis Enrique Flores Ocaranza (Spanish pronunciation: [lwiz ˈfloɾes]; born July 18, 1961 in Mexico City, Mexico) is a Mexican former professional footballer, and a former striker who played for the Mexico national team in the 1986 FIFA World Cup being held in Mexico. He played 62 times for Mexico from 1983–1993 being the 7th best goalscorer in Mexico's history with 29 goals being tied with Hugo Sánchez and Luis García.
