Luo Shang

Luo Shang (died 310), courtesy name Jingzhi, also called Luo Zhong, courtesy name Jingzhen, was a military general of the Jin dynasty (266–420). He came to power in Yizhou as its Inspector in 300 when he was sent to quell the rebellion of the previous Inspector, . However, Zhao Xin was killed by the refugee leader Li Te before Luo Shang could arrive, and the two men agreed to a truce. Conflicting interests between Luo Shang and Li Te eventually led the two to war with each other. Although Luo Shang performed poorly in the early on, he managed to kill Li Te in an ambush in 303. However, Li Te's family members continued the resist, and Li Te's son Li Xiong eventually drove Luo Shang out of Yizhou.
