Mir-Hamza Efendiyev (Azerbaijani: Mir-Həmzə Əfəndiyev, (born on November 15, 1950, Baku), is an Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He was granted a diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary on April 9, 1995.
