Gianna Caetano of Lancaster was crowned Miss New York's Outstanding Teen on May 30, 2021 at Paramount Hudson Valley Theater in Peekskill, New York. She will compete for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando on July 30th, 2021 in Orlando, Florida.
