Harley Tilque of Charlotte was crowned Miss North Carolina's Outstanding Teen on June 26, 2021 at the High Point Theater in High Point, North Carolina. She will compete for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando on July 30, 2021 in Orlando, Florida.
