Moran Cerf (Hebrew: מורן סרף; born March 16, 1977) is an Israeli neuroscientist, assistant professor of business (at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University), investor and a former white hat hacker. He is the founder of Think-Alike and B-Cube and the host and curator of PopTech, one of the top 5 leading conferences in the world. Cerf is also the president and co-founder of the Human Single Neuron society. As of 2013, he is a member of the institute on complex systems.
