Mohammed Noorul Quader (2 December 1935 – 13 September 1998) Bangladeshi freedom fighter, government officer, first establishment secretary of Mujibnagar Government (known as Probashi Sarkar), first secretary to the liberated Bangladesh, entrepreneur and founder of the hundred percent export oriented ready made garments industries, inventor of the economical tool called back to back letter of credit for the country, He founded Desh Group on 1974. He appeared as an entrepreneur on 1976. In 1977 he has established the first ever export oriented garments factory of the country called "Desh Garments". He was also the founding chairman of the Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation.
