Ocean Center Building

The Ocean Center Building is a 14-story, 197-foot-tall residential building in downtown Long Beach, California, which is currently being converted from office space to residential units. built in 1929 by architect Raymond M. Kennedy. In 2017 the office building was purchased by Long Beach based Pacfic6 with plans for conversion to residential units. The project was started in 2019 when finished it will have approximately 80 units with access to rooftop terraces, the ground floor along ocean blvd and pine avenue will have space for restaurants and boutiques.The previous layout of the Ocean Center Building had two ground floors, an entrance above the shoreline on the bluff level to take advantage of its address on 110 West Ocean Boulevard and an east entrance at the base of the Pine Avenue
