Oghara is a town located in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. It is home to the Urhobo ethnic group of Delta State. The town is known for its rich mineral resources. Oghara is mainly an agrarian society and the Oghara people are mainly farmers who specialize it the cultivation and production of farm products like rubber, cassava, palm trees, plantain, bananas, yam, poultry and fish farming. The town is also known for the production of crude oil.
