It was opened in 1978 and was developed by the Youngstown, Ohio-based Cafaro Company, who continue to own and manage it. The mall's anchor stores are Boscov's, Ulta Beauty, Marshalls, Michaels, Dunham's Sports, and Five Below, and the mall contains over 120 stores. There are 2 vacant anchor stores that were once Sears and Macy's.
