Oomai Vizhigal

Oomai Vizhigal (lit. 'Mute Eyes'; fig Gouged eyes) is an Indian 1986 Tamil-language crime-action film directed by R. Aravindraj. It is an extended version of the short film Murder Echo made by college students. The film features Vijayakanth, Arun Pandian, Karthik, Chandrasekhar and Jaishankar , along with Ravichandran and Malaysia Vasudevan in negative role. It was released on 15 August 1986 and completed more than 150 days in theaters. The film became a blockbuster and was a profitable venture. The film was dubbed in Telugu as Marana Mandiram.
