Patalliro! (Japanese: パタリロ!, Hepburn: Patariro!) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by . The comedy manga was serialized in Hana to Yume from 1978 to 1990, before switching to Bessatsu Hana to Yume in 1991 where it continues. The 1980s Boku Patalliro! (ぼくパタリロ!) anime adaptation by Toei Animation was the first to present shōnen-ai themes on television. As of 2006, the manga had 22 million copies in circulation.
