Revathi Advaithi is an Indian-born American business executive. She is the CEO of Flex (formerly Flextronics) and is an Advocate for women in STEM. Prior to joining Flex in 2019, Advaithi worked in various leadership positions at Eaton and Honeywell. Advaithi currently serves as an independent director for the Board of Directors of Uber and Catalyst.org. She is also a member of the MIT Presidential CEO Advisory Board. She was named to Fortune’s Most Powerful Women list in 2019 and 2020.
