Richard Meek
Richard Meek (born 15 June 1982) is a British musical theatre actor. Born in King's Lynn, Norfolk, Richard gained an interest in drama from an early age through taking part in much amateur dramatics at his local theatre. At the age of 16 he left home to study Drama at the College of West Anglia. Five years later, he left college with GCSE, A Level and HND in Dance, Drama and Singing. He then moved to London to join the London School of Musical Theatre, where he graduated with distinction a year later. After graduating he went on to play the Mikado in Upstairs at the Gatehouse's Christmas 2004 production of The Hot Mikado on the . The show received rave reviews, and was Time Out Critics' Choice.
