Salman the Persian
Salman the Persian or Salman al-Farsi (Arabic: سَلْمَان ٱلْفَارِسِيّ, Salmān al-Fārisīy), born Roozbeh (Persian: روزبه, "good day"), was a companion of the Islamic prophet Muhammad and the first Persian who converted to Islam.
